PSNI seizes €120,000 in counterfeit goods
Police seized over €120,000 of counterfeit goods today in a pre-Christmas crackdown on illegal trading in Northern Ireland.
Cigarettes, alcohol, clothing, compact discs, DVDs and computer software were confiscated following a major operation at an outdoor market in Dundrum, Co Down.
No arrests were made during the operation involving the organised crime squad and local officers, but police inquiries are continuing, a spokeswoman said.
