The Government has received expressions of interest from 13 business consortia to build a new private terminal at Dublin Airport, according to reports this morning.

Ryanair has reportedly offered to construct a €116m terminal capable of serving 10 million passengers each year, while Air France, construction firm Ascon and Des and Ulick McEvaddy have also submitted proposals.
