Explosion in Belfast city centre

There has been an explosion in Belfast city centre. No one has been hurt, although the city is gridlocked.

Two men hijacked a van in the west of the city and drove it to the city centre. Several office blocks were evacuated before an explosion was heard shortly before British Army technical experts arrived.
