Immunisation recommendations updated

The ages at which parents are recommended to immunise their children have been updated.

The National Immunisation Advisory Committee said vaccination against the C strain of meningitis is now recommended at two, four and six months of age, while the MMR vaccine should be administered from 12 months of age.
