FG to hold two-day meeting in Westport

The entire Fine Gael parliamentary party will gather in Westport, Co Mayo, today for a two-day meeting ahead of the resumption of the new Dail.

The Nice Treaty referendum will be high on the agenda at the meeting, but party leader Enda Kenny said it is mainly an opportunity for the party’s TDs to regroup following the May election and draw up a strategy for the year ahead.
