Fears grow of strike at CityJet

Ground handling staff at CityJet in Dublin Airport could begin strike action as early as tomorrow following the breakdown of talks at the Labour Relations Commission today.

Unions said that management failed to make any meaningful offer to address low pay among CityJet ground handling staff, who say they are paid one-third less than their counterparts in other companies.
