A 20-year-old Ukrainian man has died after being hit by a car while out walking in Co Monaghan this morning.

A 20-year-old Ukrainian man has died after being hit by a car while out walking in Co Monaghan this morning.

The accident happened at around 3am on the Monaghan Road in Clones, near Clomkirk.
