Impact say Aer Lingus strike will go ahead

The Trade Union Impact says the one-day strike by pilots at Aer Lingus next Thursday will still go ahead, despite the suspension of two more pilots by the company today.

The pair were suspended over their refusal to implement new work practices, which the Union voted against. Impact’s Michael Landers says the move was expected.
