Lawlor jail decision takes place tomorrow

Liam Lawlor will discover tomorrow afternoon if he is to be returned to jail or not.

Mr Justice Thomas Smith said he intends to rule on the issue at 3pm.

Mr Justice Smith must decide if Deputy Lawlor has supplied enough of his financial history to satisfy the tribunal.

He has already jailed the Dublin West TD twice for not doing so.
