The Dublin Docklands Development Authority says U2’s Dublin recording studios are not worth retaining and have to be demolished to make way for a public walkway.

Their architects told a Bord Pleanala hearing in Dublin’s Gresham Hotel today that the building must go, but the home of multi-millionaire Harry Crosbie can stay.
