Murdered nun laid to rest

Hundreds of mourners have attended the funeral of Sr Philomena Lyons, who was sexually assaulted and strangled in Ballybay, Co Monaghan, on Saturday.

Around 500 people packed into the church in Ballybay this afternoon, while many more stood outside in the cold.
