Trouble flares at Holy Cross School

There were angry scenes at the Holy Cross School in Ardoyne this morning as Catholic parents walked to school to see their children take part in a Halloween fancy dress party.

Loyalists tried to block the route and there were clashes with the RUC.

One man was arrested and the area is now tense with parents fearful that the loyalists will block their path again as they leave at lunchtime.
