Aer Lingus have announced new special redundancy packages will be offered to staff who lose their jobs in a radical move aimed at saving the airline.

Aer Lingus have announced that a new special redundancy packages will be offered to staff who lose their jobs in a radical move aimed at saving the airline.

In a new £130m cost cutting bid one fifth of pilots and 2,500 other staff face the sack.
