Fourteen anti-globalisation demonstrators have been remanded on bail after appearing before Dublin District Court this morning.

Fourteen anti-globalisation demonstrators have been remanded on bail after appearing before Dublin District Court this morning.

The 14 members of Globalise Resistance were arrested last night after a group of protestors tried to storm a privatisation summit being held in the Burlington Hotel on Leeson Street.

They were all charged with public order offences arising out of the disturbance.
