Labour highlights problems in young offenders' care

The Labour Party spokeswoman on Education says the operation of residential care centres for young offenders is on the verge of collapse.

Roisín Shortall was commenting on yesterday's statement by the trade union, IMPACT, which said that 25% of residential care units are now closed due to staffing problems.
