Two arrested over Dublin raid

Gardai in Dublin have arrested two men in connection with an armed raid on a bank in Drumcondra earlier this afternoon.

The raiders escaped with an undisclosed sum of money following the robbery on Lower Drumcondra Road.

Gardai immediately recovered the cash and a search of the Tolka River is underway in an attempt to recover the firearm used in the raid.
