Lawlor back at High Court
The High Court will resume a hearing this morning that could see Liam Lawlor, TD returned to jail.
The Flood Tribunal has been trying to gather information about all of Mr Lawlor's financial transactions since he entered public life.
The court was told on Friday that he has not honoured all his obligations to the Tribunal.
The Dublin West TD spent seven days in Mountjoy Jail in January for not co-operating with Justice Flood.
Judge Smyth has been studying three boxes of fresh documents at the weekend.
Legal counsel for the tribunal is expected to cross examine the embattled deputy today.
