SDLP lashes Flanagan comments on plastic bullets

The SDLP has described as "reckless and ill-judged" the comments of the RUC Chief Constable regarding the use of plastic bullets during recent disturbances in the North.

Ronnie Flanagan said today that had the bullets not been used, lives could have been lost.
