Foreign Ministers regret Nice vote

EU Foreign Ministers meeting in Luxembourg say they regret the decision of the Irish people in last Thurday’s referendum on the Nice Treaty.

In a statement after their meeting, the other 14 member states once again excluded any "reopening of the text signed in Nice".
