Rebel politician calls for keeping the death penalty
A Fine Gael politician in Co Donegal has called for the public flogging of murderers and rapists.
Ballyshannon town commissioner, Phonsie Travers says references to the death penalty in our constitution should be retained as a deterrent to serious crime.
