A man in his fifties is seriously ill in hospital after being knocked down in Limerick.

A man in his fifties is seriously ill in hospital after being knocked down in Limerick.

The accident happened neare King John’s Castle at around 11pm last night.

He was taken to the Midwestern Regional Hospital, where is condition is described as critical.
