Carthy family threaten withdrawal from inquiry

The family of John Carthy has threatened to withdraw its co-operation from the Dail inquiry into his shooting at Abbeylara if further conditions are imposed upon it.

Legal counsel for the family, Michael O'Higgins SC, said "strictures" had already been placed upon lawyers attending the tribunal.
