Two women, including a mother of three boys, died in a car crash in Co Donegal yesterday.

The incident happened around 4.30pm on Glenfin Rd, Ballybofey. The women died after the car in which they were travelling, a blue Citreon C3, left the road in the townland of Camish. No other car was involved.

The women were named locally as Ciara Baird, 19, and Maria Wallace, 38.
