Mother reveals devastation after her son killed by drunk driver

Brave mum, Christina Donnelly, founder of Brendan's Law, reveals the massive and ongoing pain associated with the loss of her 24-year-old son Brendan who was killed by a drunk driver near Castlemartyr in 2009.

Christina was speaking at the launch of the Cork Road Safety Strategy in Cork today.

"You never get over it, you never get over the pain, you have to learn to live with that loss. There's always an empty chair at the table and I still wait for Brendan to come to the door," said Christina.
