The footage, taken from the show Arthur Godfrey's Talent Scouts features an intimate performance by the legendary country music star who is accompanied by Grady Martin and Hank'"Sugar Foot' Garland on guitar, and Owen Bradley on piano.

When first introduced to Walkin' After Midnight, Cline initially disliked it, claiming it was "just a little old pop song" but her label convinced her to record it. It proved a wise move as the song became her first major single debuting at number two in the country charts at the time, and selling millions since.
