Judge James McNulty referenced Bloomsday yesterday in dismissing a minor drugs charge against an aspiring writer.

Tiernan O’Sullivan, a 25-year-old originally from Douglas in Cork but who has lived in Kinsale for the past two years, had pleaded guilty to being in possession of €10 worth of cannabis in the early hours of May 17 last year in Kinsale.
