VIDEO: No parole for Oscar Pistorius

Oscar Pistorius will not be released from prison on Friday.

He was expected to be transferred into house arrest after serving ten months of a five year sentence.

Under South African law, parole may be considered after serving one sixth of his term but as he has not, there is no legal basis for his release.
