Garda killer on run again after crash

Garda killer Martin McDermott is on the run again after he was involved in a serious road smash which almost killed him.

The notorious 29-year-old crashed a car on the outskirts of Letterkenny on Tuesday last and was rushed to Letterkenny General Hospital by ambulance.

McDermott, from Raphoe, suffered cracked ribs and broken bones and was put in an orthopaedic ward and doctors recommended he be put in a special back brace.
