A Canadian information technology company has announced the creation of 105 jobs at a global customer support centre in Cork.

OpenText already employs 15 staff in Clonakilty and will move to a new, as yet unidentified, office in Cork City.

OpenText said its new operation will provide support for Enterprise Content Management and Customer Experience Management products for the European, Middle East, and Africa region, and other global markets.
