The “great potential” building was advertised in recent days by Wilson Moore Estate and Letting Agents, amid an ongoing debate over the impact of a growing property bubble on the market.

Pictures publicised on social media site www.broadsheet.ie suggest the building at Russell Avenue in East Wall is in ill-repair.
