Indaver drops legal challenge over €140m harbour incinerator

Waste management company Indaver has sensationally dropped its High Court challenge against An Bord Pleanála’s decision to refuse permission for its €140m incinerator in Cork Harbour.

The company was due in the High Court on Tuesday to begin a full judicial review of the board’s Jun 2011 decision in relation to the development.

The case was expected to run for at least five days.
