Disabled plea for budget mercy

Donie O’Leary, chairman of the Cork Network of People with Disabilities in Ireland and disability officer with Cork City Partnership, joined Lord Mayor of Cork Cllr Terry Shannon in leading a march of 200 people through the centre of the city yesterday morning.
