DPP considers charges in head shop row

If he does, those charged would face up to a year in prison if convicted in a district court and up to seven years if convicted in the higher courts.

Gardaí have submitted to the DPP that the charge of reckless endangerment is supported by evidence that head shop assistants gave advice on how to consume legal highs labelled not fit for human consumption.
