A SURVEY of teen mental health shines a worrying light on their wellbeing, with many feeling increasingly isolated, unable to cope and believing they have no one to turn to.

Two-thirds of teens  are ‘unable to cope’

The survey, by Headstrong, the National Centre for Youth Mental Health, found almost two in three young people in Ireland are “unable to cope with the problems they face” and more than a third said they were generally not happy. Almost half said they were bullied at some point in their lives.
