KERRY County Council staff were yesterday continuing their efforts to restore access to a house still isolated in the wake of the weekend landslide at Kielduff, near Tralee.

The home of Denis Harris, at Maugha, Lyrecrompane, was cut off by thousands of tonnes of liquefied peat that flowed down a hillside and blocked roads.

Staff are likely to have access restored today.
