MEMBERS of a gang who threatened a number of young teenagers before stealing their cash and mobile phones have been questioned by gardaí.

Detectives were alerted after a number of victims and their parents contacted gardaí.

According to Superintendent Barry McPolin the gang members, who were in their late teens, were driving around the Mount Oval area of Rochestown last weekend targeting youths. Nine people were robbed and left quite frightened by the ordeal.
