The woman and the man both died at the scene while the three-year-old died later at University College Hospital in Galway.

The crash happened at 7.25pm at the junction of Rockmore Lodge Cross on the Athenry-Croughwell Road.
Meanwhile, a nine-year-old girl died yesterday when the vehicle she was travelling in overturned.
The driver and another passenger were taken to Mullingar General Hospital but their injuries aren’t believed to be serious.
The single-vehicle fatality occurred around 5.30pm at Cloonturk, on the Longford-Kilashee Road, Co Longford.
In a separate accident, a 22-year-old man died in Co Longford at the weekend.
The man was walking on the road at Carrickboy when he was hit by a car shortly after 2am yesterday.

Meanwhile, Cobh gardaí have issued a fresh appeal for public information as they investigate a fatal car plunge in the area.
Gardaí want to hear from anyone who was near Deep Water Quay between 1.30pm and 1.45pm last Friday.
Twenty-five-year-old Patrick O’Mahony was killed in the incident, which occurred on his birthday.
The victim’s brother — 23-year-old Eddie — was also in the car when it plunged into the sea but he was rescued by emergency services and survived.
Meanwhile, Irish pubs are preparing for a new scheme which will see them give three free drinks to patrons in a bid to reduce deaths on the roads.
Coca-Cola will launch the scheme on July 17, where non-alcoholic freebies will be given to those who don’t drink but qualify as designated drivers.
Coke has pledged to invest up to €500,000 in the novel campaign, aimed at eliminating drink driving.
The campaign is being fronted by RTÉ’s Lucy Kennedy.
The campaign will run over the main holiday period — from July 17 to August 13 — and will take in the August Bank Holiday weekend.
