Red Army out in force to welcome home conquering heroes

THE unbridled enthusiasm of 30,000 Munster supporters in Cork City last night ensured that nothing was going to rain on the victorious team’s parade.

Despite the meteorological threat of rain, metaphorically it could never happen.

Families, couples and individuals, young and old, descended on the city centre with a common aim — to voice their deep-rooted appreciation of Munster’s European Championship win.
