New Mini JCW

The new Mini John Cooper Works has been launched here and highlights of the car include a two litre TwinPower Turbo engine which develops 231 bhp and 320 Nm. It will be priced from €36,180.

This unit, we are told, is the most powerful Mini engine ever in a car which also has revised suspension, brakes and aerodynamics, four piston Brembo front brakes with 330 mm brake discs and a sports exhaust which delivers a rich motorsport-inspired soundtrack.
