Almost €200,000 is being provided to eight community projects working with the youths - seven in Dublin and one in Limerick

The bill also contains laws to deal with the "dangerous and anti-social off-road use" of scramblers and quads

The project would see scramblers and quad bikes users stay off roads and public green areas and could be replicated nationally, if successful.
