Cork Alpine Hardy Plant Society will host Alan Street of Avon Bulbs to talk on “The Magical Mystery Tour: Why bulbs are so special; Which to choose and how to get the wow”.

* Dungarvan Flower and Garden Club Presents an evening, ‘Lazy, Hazy Days of Summer’, an illustrated lecture, with plant collector and gardener, Hester Forde at Park Hotel, Dungarvan on Wednesday, May 7 at 8pm.

* Blarney & District Garden & Flower Club present, “Spring is in the air”, a teaching demo with Mary O’Keeffe on Thursday March 27 at Whitechurch Hall. Club Competitions will also take place — all welcome.
