A witness has told a Central Criminal Court jury that he saw his friend fall to the ground after he had been fatally stabbed after a night out to celebrate leaving school.

GEORGE HOOK was hit with an uppercut to his pocket yesterday after losing a bet to a Fianna Fail TD when he publicly doubted Charlie McCreevy's ability to balance the books.
