The coroner's court has heard how the brother of a man shot dead in Dublin told gardaí he had hidden the gun used in the killing under a car.

The inquest will take place later today of a 21-year-old man shot dead by an attacker on a bicycle in Dublin.

Gardaí have released the name of the man who was shot dead in Dublin last night.
