15 people have been injured following a crash in Co Kerry.

Upwards of 1,000 "boy racers’’ in noisy modified cars were in Killarney, Co Kerry, at the weekend, with gardaí receiving more than 30 complaints from the public about alleged dangerous driving and dangerous manoeuvres.

A coroner has called for warning signs to be erected at a notorious bend on the main road between Killarney and Tralee where three people died in two separate accidents in “exactly the same place.”
