LinkedIn has this morning announced that it is creating 800 new jobs at its Wilton Place HQ in Dublin.

Seven hundred new jobs have been announced for Dublin.

Online professional network, LinkedIn, is to recruit 100 workers and take its workforce in Ireland to 1,000.

Business-orientated social media network company, LinkedIn has acquired more than 17,000 sq m of new office space in Dublin, which will allow it the capacity to increase its Irish-based workforce by around 600 people over the coming years.

LinkedIn, the world’s largest professional network, has racked up 1m Irish members.
