The sun seemed out of place at the funeral of stabbing victim Dean Fitzpatrick in Dublin yesterday.

The parents of Dean Fitzpatrick put aside their differences yesterday for the removal of their son, who died tragically outside his mother’s apartment in Dublin last month.

The President of the High Court said he hoped his decision about who would bury Dean Fitzpatrick would result in the grief borne by all Dean’s extended family being respected.

The High Court has ordered that the body of Dublin man Dean Fitzpatrick be released to his partner.
