While the Sheares brothers may not have ‘come from Glasheen’, as Pat Daly thinks, (Irish Examiner, June 4) that is no reason why they should be denied honouring, but not at the expense of Bishop Lucey.

IN reply to Richard Henchion’s letter on cremation ashes (Irish Examiner, December 11), there should be no doubt when the process is completed, the whole of the cremated remains are placed in an urn and returned to the next-of-kin.

WHILE your report on the crematorium at Rocky Island (Irish Examiner, November 30) was most informative in some ways, in another way it only added to a puzzle.
