All of the ashes

IN reply to Richard Henchion’s letter on cremation ashes (Irish Examiner, December 11), there should be no doubt when the process is completed, the whole of the cremated remains are placed in an urn and returned to the next-of-kin.

As the manager of the recently-opened Island Crematorium, I invite members of the public to contact me to arrange an appointment to visit us if they so wish.
