You almost want to hate this film even before you see it, the story behind the rise and rise and rise and rise of teenage singer Bieber.

Well, at least the dancing is energetic … the acting, directing and, er, "plot" aren’t up to much.

You can’t avoid a dance film these days, everybody seems to be steppin’ out and struttin’ their stuff.
