You can’t avoid a dance film these days, everybody seems to be steppin’ out and struttin’ their stuff. Trouble is, a lot of it is pretty dire.

This one isn’t all bad, just mostly bad since there is a weak-to-none-at-all plot that involves a frantic dance-off for our heroine (Evigan) and her gang.

Really, it’s just an excuse to throw in another steppin’-struttin’ sequence … they at least aren’t bad – nor is the music – but it needed a hook for hanging on.
